1) Forgive God, self and others using the ten steps in the previous lesson if needed. Remember the five motivations: They will help you get over the hurdle.

2) Repent for any acting out you did. God is full of grace and mercy, so don't hold anything backā€”and don't make excuses either! The fuller the confession (which includes taking full responsibility for your sins), the greater the victory.
